Our Safety Philosophy

The service industry is a hazardous occupation requiring alert minds, good health, and the ability to carry on operations under difficult circumstances.

It is our intention to ensure that all employees work under the safest conditions possible, and provide employees with the information, training, and supervision necessary to perform their jobs safely. We abide by all federal, state, and local safety regulations as they apply to our industry.

A safe environment does not occur by chance. It is dependent upon total commitment from management, job supervisors, and the individual worker themselves. Our entire team is devoted and committed to working safely so that everybody goes home from work the same way they came.

Wolverine Enterprise sets the standard when it comes to safety in the service industry by having a full-time safety director and occupational health nurse on staff, OSHA competent field representatives on site, and certified equipment operators.

Our safety director is PEC SafeLand-certified and trained in first aid. We provide training to other vendors as well. Also, our safety committee is state certified and meets regularly to review hazardous conditions, recent incidents, and to propose preventative ideas for reducing / eliminating injuries and accidents.
